As you may or may not know, I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel disease in November 2009. I am participating in a bike ride for IBD research in Ottawa. It would mean a lot to me if you sponsored me and helped find a cure for IBD!

The @ccfcOttawa Education Symposium for Inflammatory Bowel Disease

This saturday is an education event for IBD in Ottawa. I am currently working on the opening video, and its going really well. Cant wait to see you there.
